Inverness has been hit with the news of a terrible murder that occurred in the late hours of last night. King Duncan is dead! It is believed King Duncan was violently stabbed and left to die while asleep in his chambers last night. King Duncan was to spend a lifetime of being king and now his title has been ripped from him to the next of kin, Malcom, who has reportedly vanished from the kingdom. So, the question on everybody’s mind is, Who will be the next king??
Macduff was the first one to establish the crime. It is believed the weapons that were used to kill Duncan were property of his two servants, which are now the prime suspects of the case. Lady Macbeth, Banquo, Fleance, Malcom, Donalbain and Macbeth were also at the scene and are be questioned today to get to the bottom of the crime.
It is quite ironic that King Duncan’s sons have both fled the land after the murder occurred. This has left many suspicious of the wo as they are also two of the main prime suspects regarding the murder. This have invoked discussion and mixed opinions on the issue throughout the town, in regards to who would have killed the Great King Duncan.
This is the most horrific and blood curdling murder that Inverness has heard of in a long time and will take months to discover the truth.
